I graduated from Durham University with a First class honours degree in Psychology and Philosophy in 1986 and have a Masters and a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London. I also have a Masters in Executive Coaching and Post Graduate Certificate in Supervision from Ashridge. I love learning myself but one of my real passions is making theory and frameworks practical and therefore useful to help busy leaders see themselves and situations in new ways.
I live in Norwich with my husband who is a doctor and have two grown up children and a very lively Scottie puppy called Talisker. I enjoy swimming, reading and visiting art galleries. I am trustee for a number of organisations and Chair The Matthew Project, which supports young people and adults with addiction issues across The East of England.
