I work to build robust and trusting learning environments where people can become more authentic. Often, as a result, they also become more confident, energised and courageous. In my experience, once the trust and connection we establish together is solid, people are motivated to explore their current reality with new eyes and they usually quickly take responsibility for what needs doing next - for themselves, their teams, their organisations or the wider system. That is accountability. My work is to get them there.

Having been in several leadership roles in large global organisations (Retail/Luxury, IT, Telco, Consulting), and in charge of delivering substantial transformation, I bring a unique mix of commercial acumen and understanding of change dynamics in my coaching and consulting conversations.

My work is all about supporting individuals and teams to understand themselves, others and the context in which they find themselves so they can do differently, feel differently and be more choiceful. My intention is always to provide a safe, confidential and supportive space to make it possible to take time out to reflect and to talk freely and openly so learning happens and new perspectives provide new possibilities for action. I bring no agenda, other than a desire to help people identify ways forward for them personally, and through them, for their organisations. I have been described by one client as a ‘tough angel’ bring personal warmth with an ability to challenge without causing affront.
