I have been an Organisation and Leadership Development consultant and Coach since the late 1990s. My work includes:
-
Leadership programmes that foster sustained behaviour and mindset change
-
Custom-made, co-designed consulting interventions and events
-
Executive and Team Coaching
-
Culture, change and transformation work
I am also particularly interested in supporting new ways of working and in helping organisations on their journey to become self-organising or TEAL. My experience of building authentic, adult-to-adult cultures can prepare the ground for such org design ambitions and support organisations to experiment safely with the new forms of organising they are looking to adopt.

In my early career, I worked for Glaxo Wellcome, then WPP and the Office for Public Management. I joined Ashridge Business School (now Hult/EF) as employed Faculty from 2005 to 2013. In the past few years, I worked independently as well as with several other consultancies including Acceleris, Bramble and BeHereNow. I remain an Associate Faculty at Hult/EF to this day.
I hold a MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire (Distinction)and a MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies from the University of Surrey. In this highly experiential master programme, I learnt to apply Humanistic Psychology approaches to achieve transformation in organisations at the personal, team and organisational levels. I continue to use Gestalt, TA and other methods as fundamental tools in my work. I have been an accredited coach since 2005, with Ashridge until 2022, and currently with EMCC.
I was raised in France and live in London. In my spare time, I like to paint, garden, practice QiGong, play Tennis and make bread and chocolate.

What my clients say:

"A fantastic leader of leaders"

“I have worked with Myrna in two roles and can highly recommend her as an Executive Coach. I have found her insightful, creative, engaging and also challenging. She is excellent at finding the real issue which needs to be addressed, which is not always the one I come into the session thinking I want to talk about; and then helps to find and practice practical ways to move forward. She also creates an environment where it is possible to explore and experiment with new ways of thinking about dilemmas and also with new ways of working; she challenges assumptions and patterns of behaviour; and she is highly empathetic and supportive. She has had a real impact”.

"When I first started the coaching sessions with Myrna I was quite sceptical that I would be able to meet somebody virtually who could support guide and support me to make grow in confidence and hone in on the skills that I have and explore where these could take me. How wrong I have been. Myrna's intuition for who I am in the workplace has been amazing. I have been able to make huge changes to my attitudes and behaviours at work using the tools and underpinning knowledge that I have gained during my sessions. I'm surprised at how impactful the coaching has been and I'm looking forward to continuing the journey to see where it takes me. I can't recommend Myrna enough".
