Inge Wels

I have over 20 years experience in Organisation and Leadership Development consulting, am an accredited EMCC senior executive coach and an OD consultant. In my work, I design and facilitate Leadership Development programmes and use my coaching and facilitation skills to support change at the individual, team and organisational level in international organisations. I run workshops globally and am involved in programmes focusing on leadership, leadership transitions and change for senior leaders as well as high potentials in various sectors.

Background

 

I have been an adjunct member of faculty at Hult/ EF Corporate Education (Ashridge Executive Education) since 2006. I hold a MSc degree in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing Strategy. I started my career in the private sector and was Assistant Professor of Marketing Strategy at Tilburg University in The Netherlands. Prior to starting my own business, I was Managing Director of TIAS school for Business and Society at Tilburg University. 

 

Recent clients include: UBS/ Credit Suisse, BNG Bank, DSM, a UK based non-departmental public body in the Energy Sector, CBRE Global Investors, Signify, LambWeston and FrieslandCampina.
