The Learning for Life Programme for Young Adults

Learning-for-life-life-skills-training-500.jpg

An interactive, transformative development programme to equip the 18-32s with the skills and self-awareness to thrive in work and life

We are working to deliver a programme that is:

- Interactive and Experiential

- Transformative yet safe

- Relatively easy to replicate and scale

- Impactful (as evidenced by pre and post-programme evaluation of impact)

We will:

•Share fundamental concepts and develop skills that will make a fundamental difference in the learners’ lives

•Enhance their self-awareness, acceptance of themselves, of their unique qualities and in so doing learning to also value other people’s difference and diversity

•Develop healthy relational skills that are a foundation for all future relationships

•Encourage learners to talk about and tackle some of life’s questions and challenges

•Host learners as adults able to make commitments, be trustworthy and to be accountable for their behaviour

•Initiate learners to the experience of belonging to a learning community based on trust, non-judgement and intimacy

Each session is 3h15 online, 3h30 in person
